Villa Sunshine is the ideal summer retreat for you and
your beloved ones. Situated in a central position this unique property
is suitable for up to 10 guests and well equipped with all the essential
you will need during your stay in our beautiful island.
A neoclassical gem in the heart of Zakynthos, in villa Sunshine there’s
no doubt you will enjoy the most of your stay. The property consists of 4
bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Beyond the functional and
spacious interior, the villa is elegantly decorated and offers precious
moments of relaxation and creativity.
Entering the villa one can find a spacious, neoclassical comfortable
living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a
spacious dining room. The master bedroom features a double bed and
en-suite bathroom with shower-cabin, whereas there are two more bedrooms
with double beds and an additional one with two single beds convertible
into a double.
We also provide 2 extra fold up beds for the extra guests. Right next to
the second double bed bedroom there’s a bathroom with bathtub Jacuzzi
with hydro massage and an additional third bathroom with shower-cabin.
In Villa Sunshine your privacy is ensured, as it has its own furnished
balconies, barbeque area and parking space, whereas the owners live on
site at the ground floor apartment that they have modified so that the
guests of the villa can enjoy maximum privacy.

Gaitani is on the outskirts of Zakynthos Town while the distance from
the closest beach is only at 6km. Once almost devastated from the great
earthquake in 1953 Zakynthos Town still transmits the venetian-time aura
to the visitor. At the well know Tsilivi resort, only at 6km distance,
you will find, tourist shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, traditional
family run tavern’s and a clear blue sandy beach.
